Kubota mower gear box oil

What model of machine and deck is it? Fluid type is likely deck specific.

My ZD1211 takes 10w30. My G5200’s and 1800 take 80w90.

I love polls, not sure what the specs are for the gearbox, if its 80w90 then 75w140 would be fine, Amsoil 75w110 would be my choice.

It's a rck60 I think for my b2920, spec is 80/90 but some people use other oils, that's what I'm asking about.

I use Amsoil SG 75w110 in mine, since new 👍

So someone told me switching to synthetic after years of dino could cause the seals to shrink, true???

I suppose if she's a little leaky 75w140 might stay in that gearbox longer. Based on other owners, I believe it's 80w90 in the gear box for the 54" mid mount mower on my TYM T224. The 55 page owner's manual for the mowing deck says nothing other than "check gear oil" at ~50hr intervals. Main thing is that there is a decent level of some type of gear oil in there.
