Went looking for a set of ignition leads for a friend's car and learned that Kingsborne was acquired by Walker Products last year. Kingsborne was my go-to for everything in my fleet where OEM wasn't available or they didn't have an offering, although they would make custom sets say for an old inboard... Appears that the Kingsborne site in San Marcos is no longer, and Walker must be manufacturing Kingsborne branded goods elsewhere.
For those unfamiliar with them, they made absolute top quality wires focusing on European cars and carried quality parts; BERU, etc. For those familiar, you know and share the loss. If I had known, I would have bought spare sets for the fun fleet.
I admit that I am unfamiliar with Walker products and I hope that they retain Kingsborne's offerings, quality and service, but I am not particularly optimistic.
