Agreed. The espresso/latte`s you can make with the Nespresso are great. I used one for the first time in a hotel in Chicago, and we liked it so much we bought one. The machine and cups are more expensive than Keurig, but the end product is also much better. Really though, the Nespresso is not for coffee, but espresso. If you want coffee, buy a good coffee machine.
Was it the Conrad on Michigan Ave? I know all the Conrad hotels have those in the rooms (the one in lower Manhattan did).
