Where are you located in So. Cal? There is Trimen Sales a Kendall distributor in Gardena who will have the oil you need. I have their address and phone number if you want it.

i almost understand wanting a 5w20 if your manual calls for it over 5w30 but
a 0w20 in southern california?! and it's not even winter anymore really (we spring fwd this weekend i think).

I bought 2 cases of the 0w20 Kendall syn from them a few weeks ago and the cases arrived in 2 days (From PA to NY). Good price too even after shipping costs.

This was cheaper than even the 5qt jugs of Mobil 1 0w20 from Walmart.

edit: (If you don't mind ordering online)

6.18 per quart shipped to 92344
Thats 30.93 for 5 quarts. Thanks for info

Check oreilly auto parts, looks like the one in hesperia is out, but they can order some for you, next closest that has it in stock is riverside. Looks like they only have it in synthetic blend, don't know if you were looking for full synthetic or not

Unfortunately, at least around here, PepBoys stopped carrying Kendal. Man did I holler and whine about it to the manager too. He told me the company stopped carrying it and he had no say in it. I have NO clue why they did this either as it was a great seller for the store. They couldn't keep it in stock around here anyway.

I was really upset as it is a great oil and they sold it at a cheap price( when compared to the other name brands anyway ). I could go into PB's and buy individual qt bottles for $1-$2 less p/qt than the p/qt price if I bought a 5qt jug at WalMart. I used it in my Sister's vehicle and it did a great job.

46Harry,

I'd like the address please. Although Gardena is not where I reside it's still pretty close for me to drive and get some fantastic oil.

It worked out to $4.50/qt to ship to NY as PA is close but I assume the cost to ship to CA is way higher. Perhaps you will have luck finding a similar petroleum distributor in your area. It is tough finding one that doesn't mind shipping just a few cases though.
