It is excellent oil. Can be hard to find locally for a lot of people but it is available online at very good prices from PSC depending on shipping( varies by zip code ).
The prices PSC charges for Kendall are just about unbeatable( pre shipping ). If you buy 2 cases at one time from them you will get the best shipping and thus best p/qt price( no more no less - buy 2 cases ). Depending on your zip code it can be had for under $5 p/qt shipped. I usually pay $4.75-$4.80 p/qt shipped for the 5W20 GT1 w/ LT synthetic. The further you are from their warehouse the more expensive the shipping gets however. It is not flat rate for everyone.
I have quite a few friends and family running it in various weights all with good results. IMO it would be a very good oil for your application. Kendall is made by ConocoPhillips who makes Motorcraft too in case you didn't know. Kendall is a step up over the MTC oils and they are pretty good.
Check out PSC and see what 2 cases shipped to your zip would cost and then see what the p/qt price for Kendal locally is and what the 5qt Wal-Mart jugs of other synthetic brands are running. For my zip even with shipping the Kendall from PSC is cheaper than I can get it locally anywhere( and getting it at all locally is getting harder all the time )and it is less than even the 5qt jugs at Wal-Mart everyone on BITOG thinks is the Holy Grail of oil pricing.
