K&N Select discontinued?

At my local Walmart all of their remaining K&N Select oil filters have been put on clearance, and new Fram Synthetic Endurance has taken their place on the shelves.

Gotta make shelf space room for the new Fram FE filters.

Anyway, best information has shown the K&N "Select" same as Super Tech MP series filters except instead of orange silicone adbv on K&N, MP uses blue. And the latter cost significantly less.
