just curious: who's using Maxlife in T-IV app?

I am just curious how many people are using Maxlife ATF in a trans spec'd for toyota T-IV fluid. What is your experience?

added it to my brothers 04 4 runner and 99 es300 he said it shifts just fine. no problems at all.

I have woeked at places where that is the norm. It never caused any problems.

I have used it in 2, an 08 Milan and 07 Fusion. Both have AW 6spd. The shifts are great and seem less harsh during wide open throttle. The maxlife ATF hasnt become burned and dark nearly as fast as the Toyota TIV. I have been very pleased. The maxlife is a higher quality ATF and less $$. I recommend it.

It's a little bit concerning that Ashland does NOT list in writing some of the applications that it CLAIMS it meets, to call them.

No, if it isn't in writing then it isn't good.
