Guys how thin is this oil suppose to be. I mean this is my first oil change with a 0w30. THe SSO almost seemed to watery compared to other oil I have used.
Did it look thin like a described.

Apparent viscosity is not the same as measured viscosity, close but what you see is RT "flowability". Take the oil that you are used to and SSO up to 100°C for example, there probably is little difference in apparent and measured viscosity. Take both oil down to -30°F and what do you think? Decent difference. Take them to +200°C? Decent difference.
