Private EOD/UXO companies pay upwards of $250k for trained ex-military EOD guys so I'll be looking forward to that afterwards.
I'm the one in the middle wearing the AMG shirt, my overall stance could definitely use work but hey, it was my first time of many to come.

Thanks for sharing. Do not worry about your clearance investagation just be honest on your paper work and on your interview. Also I recommend for your safety and the safety of the other people in this photo you remove this photo on net. Force protection is a very big deal and you can not be to cautious. Also you have a very tough road ahead of you but it 90 percent mental stay focused.

My only suggestion is to get yourself in top physical shape before you hit boot camp, that's gonna make it so much easier for you. Get on youtube and watch some of the bc videos they have now, start training 2 or 3 weeks before you leave.

Congratulations on your decision to serve our Nation.
the ticket i got wont keep me from getting the clearance, however it is currently on hold because they need documentation of everything. when they called the guys in TN where i got the ticket, they had no record of it even though i paid it and we all went on our merry way, so that is the hold up right now. if i dont get a call things went ok, if i do get a call something went wrong. i'd rather get a call regardless but that is their way of doing things, very nerve racking.

A school teacher friend of mine was recently interviewed by a U.S. Govt official (here in Canada), re; clearance. Apparently one of her ex-students will soon serve in the U.S. Navy.
I guess they leave no stone unturned.
