just had an oil change in an '03 X5, decided to give the GC a try. I assume I won't notice any difference (from factory oil), but we will see how it goes.
I also just switched to GC from M1 in my '02 MINI Cooper S. I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect but I swear the engine runs a little smoother. I haven't had the chance yet to take it out for a good drive so I can't report any more. Only time will tell...
only difference I have noticed (maybe in my mind), is that when I turn the car off, it is smooth as greased lighting on ice, no vibrations, or anything, but I can't remember if it did that before or not.
