GOOG is even more massive.
After several thousand dollars worth of purchased education, I’ve learned that food companies fall into the same category as air lines, pharmaceuticals, and car companies - fickle investments best left to the pros.
I really like Jersey Mike's. Probably the only chain I liked better was Jimmie John.s, but the one in Isla Vista closed. I like how JM slices it all right there, and their rewards program is fantastic.

Jersey Mike’s sandwiches are well above average.
The key to JM is to bring your own drink and chips, JM charges a premium for drinks, and the chips they sell are tiny in content.

They were one of the originals to slice the meat as needed (when they were building your sandwich). I really liked them. Back when I was a little twit in high school listening to Rush Limbaugh (about on par for a 16 y/o brain) he used to advertise for them.
This^^^^ I don’t want to spend $16-18 for a takeaway sandwich. Priced me out of thier market. Subway is more my taste $13-14.
Subway once in a while has a $7.99 coupon deal, just recently.
Jersey Mike's started in Point Pleasant Borough, NJ. I was in high school and every other Wednesday we had half days for teacher in-service or some such thing.
My buddy had a house in Pt. Pleasant so we'd put our surfboards in his yellow Ford Econoline van...head down the GS Parkway and surf. When we were finished it was head over to Mike's in the Borough and get our subs. It was awesome. Roast beef with tomatoes,onions and mayo for me.
I don't know when or how it franchised out and became what it is now.

Our primary home is 35 miles outside of Philly. Our beach house is in Cape May County NJ. Both areas are a target rich environment for the best hoagies and cheesesteaks anywhere...safe to add pizza to that mix for that matter. There's a chain that does a respectable job in the region too though...Primo Hoagies.
I've got one 45 miles away. It gives me a little taste of ''home'' option when I'm down that way since I've moved into the NYS ADK.. Super Mikes way with the juice for me.

Looks like one of the worst IPOs I've ever seen in my life.
I thought about buying some at the IPO, or at least trying to, glad I had several other things come up and didn't pursue it.

They are about 30% higher than Lenny's by me. I didn't think it was worth the extra cost. Lenny's is also closer and has Miss Vickie's jalapeno chips.
I also miss Quiznos. Ate there a lot working oil and gas in the late 2000's.
