This is a shout out and thank you to our friend @The Critic. On numerous occasions he has offered free help and advice; but be careful because his standards are a little off the charts...

The other day I asked him about a Prius; my grand niece needed a vehicle for school and work. He told me to forget the Prius and set me up with a perfect 2010 Civic LX-S (Special Edition) that he has serviced for friends. So he goes and gets the car and spends 2 days servicing everything, brake inspection, plastic welding a bumper tab and warshing the Civic. FYI, Critic runs his own "Stealership".

Let me just say I got a steal for a perfect rust free CA Civic; clean Hondas are prized around here. It will get Lilli through college. She sez, "This little car packs a punch."
Off to Cabrillo College and work, on hwy 1 Capitola.... My niece Wendy is raising 2 sets of twin girls on her own. Amazing family that I get to be part of.

Well, I had no idea! Kudos to @The Critic
You have no idea. A short time ago I mentioned I was putting together a starter tool kit to a young guy I know who is on his own. A couple days later a heavy box was delivered to my doorstep; @The Critic loaded it up with new Icon wrenches, extensions and so much more.

Don't let him know I might have kept a little for myself...

that's awesome!
not angling for anything here, but the Fiancee and I are moving into our first house in about a month...... just saying.....;)

Apparently, it also pays to have an Unky Jeffy, too, lol!
At this point in my life, this little bit of $$ will not make any difference to me but it just might change her's. When I service their cars, or whatever, first they only have to watch, then they have to help. Kids have energy for days, after all.

And I prefer, "dumb ol' uncle jeffy". Less expectations is good expectations, ya know.

It is very likely that every BITOG member that has over 1k posts and live in Ohio will come help you move, and paint the interior and exterior of your new home. Many hands make light work.

Congrats again on the new home!!
