Is this an offset woodruff key?

Back together this morning. Backfired once and then starter began to drag where it wouldn't turn over any more. Battery showing 13+ volts. While apart, I cleaned rust from flywheel and coils and adjusted valve lash. I guess I'll try repair manual recommended key (not offset) and see what happens.

Those are classic symptoms of incorrectly adjusted (too loose) valves! Take off the valve covers and readjust all valves to spec on that GTV760 engine. See page 5-5 in the GTV760 owners manual.

Starter was dragging so bad, would not turn engine over. Tore it down and I see why. Ordered a rebuild kit and will continue repair when it arrives.
