Looks like body mount is rusted badly, is there a reasonable fix?

Remove the body mount & replace the rusted area w/new steel? IDK how to weld except JB Weld so..

Here in Pittsburgh PA their are two locations of a business called Rust Repair Incorporated ( RRI ). About half their work is fixing vehicles like that to be safe enough to pass inspection. The other half of their work is spraying vehicles to prevent rust.

Hevysrf, I don't know your location, but check for shops like that.

Seems oddly localized to me. The mount forward of the troubled one looks perfect.
How are the others?

That area where the frame curves up at rear lower link mount is a known trouble spot, there's no drain hole in the frame there. If you're looking to buy give that a real close look. It looks like rust was given a quick spray ahead of that bad mount too.

There are a few different full length body mount channel repair sections available, but SafeTCap has a smaller bolt on mid-mount section which could be all you need:

Looks like that ART138 is weld on, probably the correct way to repair, but for my self with no welding skills, the TJ I'm looking at is overpriced.
