You'd hit them in the rear quarter, of course, which would clearly place them at fault.

I saw a good example of the driving experience getting worse today.

I was driving down a residential 25 MPH street behind a Sonata, with a banged up Cadillac CTS on a donut spare tailgating and driving crazy behind me. The Sonata approached a four way stop full of cars, and stopped, as did I. The CTS swerved around me into the oncoming traffic lane, pulled into the middle of the intersection cutting off the cars about to cross, then made a left. I don't know if they were distracted and tailgating me too close too stop, or if they were just a nut job. Hopefully they'll do something dumb in front of a cop before they cause a wreck or mow down a pedestrian.
