Is Redline 5W-40 fully synthetic?

I was just wondering if Redline 5W-40 is a fully synthetic motor oil or is it a blend? Some people have referred to it as a blend?

ALL oils are a blend...blended out of different base stocks, blended with an additive package in a carrier oil.

All this does not take anything away from an oil. A blend of conventional and synthetic base oils is synthetic blend oil.
