A few things...

Thinking of selling NYMT in my Rollover & keeping it in my regular account.

Gold may be a good play.

FNMIX has been going down & thinking about selling. Pablo - thoughts??

Still playing gold and silver.

FNMIX is still way above what I paid for it and the dividend is good, so that I hang onto. But in general I'm huge cash or very close to cash in everything.

I have not had time lately to play the (1x), (2x), (3x) and (-1x),(-2x, (-3x) index ETF's so I'm not short anything.

What does your unofficial crystal ball say about the near-mid term future of that fund?

That would stink.

I just bought a subscription to ETFreplay.com It's a cool site that allows you to build and backtest portfolio strategies based on some fairly simple market timing strategies using their proprietary relative strength rankings for ETFs. Seems like one of the best ways to go about longer term portfolio structure for tax deferred accounts because the strategies require portfolio rebalancing to stay in funds and sectors that are the strongest. If the market were to do another 2007, it will help keep you out of the bulk of the downside. Check it out.

Need to diversify cash.

Besides MINT, what other places are there to park LARGE amounts of cash and make "something" in Retirement & Regular accounts??

Sorry, don't say Mattress because it's already stuffed & isn't big enough.
