Once they're here, they rarely ever leave and certainly aren't usually required to.

Millions and millions of these people are actively being allowed into the US over the past few decades. It really needs to be reformed and stopped.

I don't think "most" of them are like this, or most free loaders in housing projects are immigrants. But you do have good points, many of them came here legally via family reunion immigration that has no quota as long as you do not have a criminal record, and the sponsoring family members are not on the hook if the new members are not self sustaining, nor were willing to go back because they may not be able to get their old jobs back or they already sold everything before coming over. Sometimes they don't go back because they do it "for the kids" so they can grow up in a good environment, but it is not a guarantee. In that case, no body end up happy.

I know many families that have problem with cultural shock or home sickness, and many eventually went back after they got their safety net (in case their home nation end up in civil war they can still come to the US), and move back.

Multiculturalism will be the death of the US.

This act should be REPEALED IMMEDIATELY!

Pretty sure that the Native Americans have been wishing that since the Mayflower.

It's evident that law enforcement officials have been feeding the news organizations horse [censored], which the latter have been more than happy to report without any due diligence. A number of aspects of the encounters simply didn't make sense and now things are starting to leak out. It's good that the fellows involved have been neutralized, but the means used have to be examined.

It reminds of that NFL player who was killed in Afghanistan as a result of "friendly fire." The US military portrayed his death as a result of fearlessly charging up a hill to take on the Taliban, or something else along these lines. I remember sports channels were trying to outdo each other in reporting his "bravery," without asking any questions.

I came across a couple of those videos, too. Nobody is going to go after the lying cops, though. They are basking in the glow of apprehending a near-dead, unarmed guy who they so bravely apprehended.

Federal and state funds to fight terrorism should start following into Boston soon. These guys are essentially guaranteed good days ahead. Some of them will immediately retire and be back as security consultants. For some people, terrorist acts are very good for business.

Sad but true.

Revelation #10.
Russian officials warned authorities in the United States about the mother of the bombing suspects in 2011, and she was also added to a terror watch list, according to CNN.

Revelation #11.
The smooth talking and media darling uncle of the two suspected Boston bombers in last week’s attack, Ruslan Tsarni, was married to the daughter of former top CIA. That official was suspected to be involved in criminal activities while being protected by claims of State Secrets. It is not clear why and when the uncle changed his name from Tsarnaev to Tsarni.

I found it particularly interesting how easily it was for a "shelter in place" or 1 step away from a full blown marshal law lockdown to be brought into effect....while they looked for 1 guy.

Oh...and by interesting I mean scary.

The suspect was Mirandized by a Federal judge against the will of the FBI that was interrogating him.

He immediately stopped cooperating with the investigation afterward.

That's another big problem how law enforcement/gov purposely keeps the media away from witnessing the scene then tells lies for the media to pass on to the public. It's totally unacceptable all the secrecy and lies they are operating under nowadays.

Too bad there wasn't a judge there requiring law enforcement to obtain warrants before raiding random houses lol.

Would somebody like to bet with me that the guys who are asking questions about the "full blown marshal law lockdown" would be the first one to complain about the suspect being Mirandized?

If they had seen few towelhead being dragged out of the house, they would be cheering. They would had no problem if the lockdown was applied only to "them". When they see people like "us" getting pulled out of the house, that is when they they have problems.

Make up your mind whether you want constitution to be applied evenly or not.

Quote:
Andrew Arena, the former head of the Detroit office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation when it handled the case of the plane "underwear bomber'' in 2009, said he thought the Boston case was handled properly.

"When you bring the judge into it, that's what's going to happen. They don't work for the Justice Department, they don't work for Capitol Hill, they are going to do what they are legally obligated to do,'' said Mr. Arena. "I think [investigators] got what they were going to get out of him, anyway.''

I'm aware though that FoxNews spin it otherwise.

That's probably true for some. But I know I said he should be Mirandized and has 5th amendment rights as a US citizens. Whether he should've been here and became a citizen in the first place is a different matter. And whether non-citizen, non-resident criminals should always be treated as citizens is another matter.

If they are citizens and not probable suspects then the constitution should be applied equally. There should be probable cause and a warrant for the most part. I don't see how there's a comparison with locking down and dragging out citizens and people who are not probable suspects.

Maybe if a minority group wants to be looked at as no more suspect then they should consider the effect of having a high association of terrorist in their midst. If members in a minority group are causing a majority of problems, they should do more to change that themselves. Stop maintaining a track record of terrorism around the world within your identity group and then there won't be suspicion.

Sure...you name the amount and the odds!

You will lose spectacularly. I'm one of the people complaining...and I had zero problem with him not being Mirandized, so long as nothing he said was used at his trial. (There is MORE than enough evidence against him without it.)

I have a problem ANY TIME the COnstitution is used as toilet paper.

I want violating the Constitution punished with public beheading. Relieve a few thousand crooked politicians and corrupt cops of their heads, and maybe, just MAYBE, the rest will smarten up!

Hopefully the suspect in custody gets well acquainted with his local prison mates and the agencies responsible for preventing such atrocities in a post-9/11 era substantially step up their game. We all need to do our part as well just like that NYC vendor/Vietnam Vet/graduate of Boston U, who did his part in preventing bomb-laced SUV from going boom or heroic passengers of United Airlines Flight 93 who prevented more fatalities. Good job Mounties up north for preventing another terror plot.

I certainly can't forget all men and women in uniform past & present who allow us to be free today. THANK YOU!

Here is how Boston citizens were "asked" first to stay in their houses and then to leave their houses while they were searched.

Would anybody here not cooperate when fully automatic weapons were pointed at their heads?
Is this what you are willing to accept to catch one guy, when in Chicago alone there are about 10 murders each weekend and nobody is locking down that city?

I love the comment of the guy that had a few years old daughter in his arms when he was "asked" at gun pint to cooperate. He says that they (the police) are doing the right thing because they are trying to secure the neighbourhood.
Yes, violate the rights of thousands, treat them as if they were the guilty ones because they are searching for a suspect.
