Instant e-mail notification?

Just wanted to see if BITOG offers an instant e-mail notification for threads I respond to, or start? Thanks.....

When you start a topic you can select that you want an email for all replies, but you can't do it on other threads you participate in, Joe

Is there anyway to check the "instant notification" by default? I see the box for PM's, and graemlins.. Thanks again.
