This is a weird story. I didn't know you could face criminal charges for giving someone a stroke. Linkage

Anytime force is used and a death results from the blow, charges can be filed. There are also two categories of strokes; hemorrhagic and thombolitic. Bleed vs. block. If is was determined it was a hemorrhagic (bleed) as a result of the blow, the charges will most likely stick. Either way, it's a shame. No doubt he will be missed in the racing community.

BTW: I have a 1965 Corvair as well.
