I didn't care for Jonny Rocket's either. I went a few years back (my boss was buying) and it seemed expensive and mediocre. Not a good combo. That store has since closed, so it seems others shared my opinion.

I was thinking of Fuddruckers this morning. I think they grind their beef on-site, they have fresh fixin's to add to your burger as you would like, a bakery on-site. I think they also make shakes, but I don't go for them. I think I'm consuming enough with a burger and an order of cole slaw.

In and out burger is addicting. I only had it three times in my life two years ago. Wonder why they haven't expanded. I had 5 guys burgers and fries last month. no contest, in and out burger still the best

Thanks for the Kidd Valley link, Pablo! I hope to check them out this winter while visiting the folks. BTW, all they want to do is eat at In-n-Out or Hodad's while they're visiting here.

What?
He was very hungry.

Fat Burger is pretty darn good and comparable to In and Out.

We have a burger stand called Classics. Oh dear lord - it's a good thing it's on the other side of town cause I'd eat there everyday. Just greasy, dripping with melted cheese and thousand island dressing goodness.

Are they the PepBoys of the fast food industry?

'There and Back Again - A Hobbit's Tale' by Bilbo Baggins was followed by the vastly more exciting 'In 'N Out of Mordor - And Back Again' by Frodo Baggins.

They were good. I've heard people say they are In-N-Outish. but not the same to me. worth a try. They are the East coast boys version.
