It depends on what your goal is. Is it that you want to stick it to them and win some kind of debate?
Do you have the info you need to make your decision and you just end the interview and move on and don't waste any more time?
If your goal is the first one to win virtual human debate points, you can treat and keep asking them questions to explain to you that answer and counter or demean the individual points that are incorrect. You can say you disagree with that kind of answer and ask them to convince you. You're not on trial here, the applicant is on trial.
Now back to the point,
If you don't even know what decision you were trying to evaluate in an Interview, then I say perhaps it's time to take a step back and re-evaluate. Clear up yourself what you are testing for and what questions that you ask that can provide the info to make that decision. Otherwise as above, your questions are just some fuzzy personality check and not a good interview.
You can start by make a list of what is your "ideal" candidate. What would your "bad" candidate be like. What question would you ask that would help you separate one from another.
If you can't even imagine that you will end up not knowing anything new even after wasting time and energy conducting interviews.
