Why is the NAPA Gold filter canister black?
I guess I was off not liking WIX for producing a filter that can not take a 9k OCI and causing the engine to make start up noises.
And then cutting it open and seeing failed parts (first time in over 30 years of cutting open filters)
The label sticking up IS much more of a problem!
I now have *another* reason for not buying WIX filters.

Sorry, no rainbow stickers, and no flowers on the dash or anything like that.
I hope that Hootbro knows this was more of a humorous post than anything else. Even the WIX guy had good response about it.
If the air cleaner lid has the engine size decal on it, we typically position it so it points in the correct position, so it points where it can be seen from the front of then engine... right?
We dont position it off the the side, or towards the back at some angle. I know there are some who do, but obviously I wouldn't want them touching any of my rides.

October has been an unusually bad month. Had to change all my medications, dosages, times, and skeds. Looking for November and Decembere to be much better.
Yeah, those pesky doctors and the health issues that they bring along with them. Every time I see one ..there's another health issue. I try and avoid them, but can't seem to manage it for too long.
