When I was a kid, we had that problem once. Seems I left the barn door open and the cat got in.
We just called it the bull.
Funny. Reminds me of all the "Milk Dud" jokes in the 60's.
Then it will become plant-based meat. From a meat packing plant.
Not necessarily, a local grocery store sometimes sells whole tenderloin for $8 a pound. I have been told they come from Holsteins. Not nearly as good as Costco tenderloin, much better than chuck or round.
