I was in Chicago working a few months ago. They have a great hot dog place in Chicago called Portillo's.

This is a picture of the dog I ordered. Ketchup, tomatoes, pickle, and celery salt. Nobody threatened me for ordering it that way, but had a eye roll from the guy next to me....

Heinz makes the worst ketchup and when they started making mustard it followed suit. French's yellow or dijon are good, I like adding horseradish to yellow mustard.

I prefer legit deli dogs with real casing and a sweet onion, katsup, and spicy mustard. Yes, weird for a dog.

I wish I could remember thr name or had an image. I had a Cuban spicy mustard a few months ago that was the s knees.

Yes, we had a Cuban food truck in town for a while and the cobano sandwich was really good, a lot of it had to do with the mustard he used.

Good but I would add onions, mustard, dill relish and horseradish.

The only Dijon mustard I will touch is Grey Poupon. My favorite sweet mustard is Händlmaier Sweet Bavarian Mustard. I often cut mustard with horseradish.

My parents always used Coleman's which was a hot yellow mustard from England. It was a bit too hot for me so I stuck with Guldans....and later Grey Poupon.

Mustard is a great condiment, typically no calories, sugar or carbs either.

Correct, the sodium level can be higher than some people want to intake.

Can’t do any mustard lol. The thought of it and the taste and color keeps me away. I can do mayonnaise, bbq sauce and ketchup even Miracle Whip but no mustard for me.

When I visit my mom in Wisconsin, I try to pick up a bottle of Uncle Phil’s Spicy Polish Mustard. Last three times, it was sold out at Woodman’s. It’s great on a bratwurst, and has enough horseradish kick to be noticed, even with sauerkraut.

Either French's yellow or the Maille dijon (hot) are great, depending on what you're making.

Grey poop-on is too sulfurry for me. Try Cadia Dijon or Trader Joe's Dijon. They are better IMHO
