I thinks they used the wrong oil!

I just got the oil changed in my Jeep and according to the oil change sticker they used Agip motor oil.I need 5W-20.Agip does not make a 5W-20 but they do make a 5w30 oil and a 10W40.I think I smell mistake in the air.Joe

They most likely just got free stickers from agip.

Kind of like buying a sprite from a coke machine.

Look on the invoice and see what brand and grade of oil they used. If it is not on there just call them and find out.

i learn to always try not to let anyone else touch your car on simple stuff like brakes, oil changes etc. When someone else does it, something bad always happens.

I'd ask what they used. 5w-20 just might be better in cold weather then a thicker oil they may have used. By the way, how's the weather?

Never even seen Agip oil in this area...isn't it considered a "boutique" oil? If so, I doubt they used it in your Jeep unless you specifically asked for it. As others have stated, they probably just used a freebie promotional oil change reminder sticker from Agip.
