I think I am done with Indy gas stations.

My closest Shell station advertises the lowest price on the sign from a different rewards program than what I have. so in the beginning I got hoodwinked. Its even lower than the 10 cents I get off per gal. Some of these shell station also advertise a lower price if you buy a car wash. The closest Shell station is the dirtiest, I mean ballz azz disgusting, even the product on the shelf is stale. There used to be sit down area with hot food, but I guess they don`t eat meat or hot food in 3rd world countries, yes, that a dig to the operator. and that space is also occupied with crap.

The last Crown gas station I went to based on price, was also a pig stye.

now running south towards VA, Sheetz, same sheet, pig stye, flooded bathrooms, sheet on the walls... yeah I wont eat there either.

you really need to look around to see what your paying at the pump. I got snookered in Hazelton PA as well, not paying attention, but card already read... Im to old for this Shxt.

I'm starting to notice a more than 50c spread between grades, mostly at Indy owned BP/Amoco stations.... Been avoiding those as well. $1.20 more for 93? Absolutely not.... Meijer is TT and $1 more, and clean stores.

I found my honey hole 5 years ago
Sadly a month ago so did everyone else because of 2 cents....the top off-ers ruined it for me...my love was for great gas and a safe and well maintained station not 2 cents

We have a BP and a Sam's Club. I almost always go to Sam's but my cars run better on the BP. Their credit card gives me 20 cents off and some Fridays I get 30 cents off because I have an Amazon + card. With the BP card I also get Earnify points that I can use the points for snacks or drinks in the station. All ours are clean and busy. Just wish we also had a Costco.

I have a Costco credit card and I buy there gas almost every time I fill up unless I am far out of town. I have a Sam's card too but it's farther away or I would go there too. I like the 4 cent discount which is given at the end of your card period year.

Have to use Premium in all my cars/SUVs. Used to pay 20-40 cents over regular per gallon. Now it's $1.20 per gallon extra for Premium. Yes, for a full tank that is the CCard "premium" price. What gives???
Is there some additive that is suddenly in short supply, or are the refineries simply focusing on regular 87 to export to Europe. Its a very good question?

Premium here has always been upwards of $1 over regular it seems however. I always assumed that was just marketing?

I have to run 93 octane, BP/93 is everywhere in Minneapolis/St Paul. Even with a regular car, I never went to off name /or run down stations for 30 years. Plus, my Citi card "Rewards" gives me 50 cents off a gallon at BP.

I find that the credit card surcharge is a South Carolina thing. I never see it in North Carolina.
The three Shell's I mentioned were in Florida.

I never see it in SC. Around here there are a few that will indicate 10 cents for cash, but rarely and the published price is cc. What part of SC are you seeing it - curios?
