2013 Silverado 4.8 I just replaced this thermostat and I am running anywhere from between 201-203 degrees Fahrenheit on highway the outside temp is 77 Fahrenheit does this sound normal and I'm monitoring it through a scanner

I sat there with the reservoir cap off for over an hour squeezing the hoses until there was no more bubbles in my heat works really good it's super hot

Remember, the thermostat rating is the temperature at which the thermostat BEGINS to open. It's not the regulated temperature, which has more to do with the cooling system as a whole.

It's typical for actual temperature to be about 20 degrees higher than thermostat rating.
So what you say I should just go with it

You are good. I have an Ultragauge and my coolant hovers in the 200 range. Coolant raises the boiling temps. You want that temperature where it is for optimal combustion.

My 5.3 Sierra stays at 200 after reaching operating temperature. 205-210 towing in the summer. Yours sounds normal.

What would be the easiest way to make sure I have all the air out of the system

Sounds normal to me.

Putting a Motorad thermostat in a vehicle is equivalent to putting dollar tree engine oil with no approvals in it. If not OEM, there's Mahl, Aisin, Calorstat.
