Crack all 4 bleeders and let it gravity bleed through for a while but don't let master run dry. Then bleed each corner as usual. Check rear brake adjustment.

I probably gave too much information initially causing some confusion.
The wooden brakes issue is why I started to do the full brake fluid flush/bleed, which resulted in replacing the font calipers and hoses, which required opening up the system, which apparently introduced some air I'm somehow missing, which is making the brakes feel better but with a low pedal.
The brakes do not feel wooden anymore, but the pedal is a lot lower than it should be now. That's the current problem I'm trying to fix.
