I HATE brake hydraulic issues

if it was air in the system, the pedal would feel spongy. It feels wooden which points to a poorly performing brake booster.
 
I probably gave too much information initially causing some confusion.

The wooden brakes issue is why I started to do the full brake fluid flush/bleed, which resulted in replacing the font calipers and hoses, which required opening up the system, which apparently introduced some air I'm somehow missing, which is making the brakes feel better but with a low pedal.

The brakes do not feel wooden anymore, but the pedal is a lot lower than it should be now. That's the current problem I'm trying to fix.
