I am not a rich man and I dont live in a rich area like San Francisco or other places that constitute wealth. Also, I am embarrassed to post in the electric vehicles section but here we go... I have worked hard and I am excited for the Corvette E-Ray. I think that GM does a good job with their electric vehicles and cant imagine the E-Ray is going to be a bad vehicle. Has anybody asked a dealership about their allocations for the E-Ray? I was told likely 18 months after ordering. I will likely place an order this weekend. Is there anybody else who has an order in for one?

The E-Ray is the most advanced Corvette ever built. A world class Supercar.
My only fear is the dealers mark up the prices to an insane amount, making only the truly rich able to buy one.

It makes me hate the dealer model. It’s how I ended up in both a Tesla and a VW. I’m sure there might be VW dealers that do markups but mine will sell in demand stuff at no more than sticker. Obviously the E-Ray is much higher profile. I get what dealers are doing, but I think it hurts the brand.
