Suppose so. Yet, noise cancellation really only works for small numbers of steady frequencies, not constantly changing broad-spectrum acoustic kid noise. You have to create180 degrees out-of-phase sound from speakers to cancel incoming noise, and it will only be out of phase with narrow band stuff, and maybe you can attack several bands but not all. .... What am I missing here? This should be interesting to hear in action & the principles described, assuming it works.

Probably - Honda has been using some form of ANC to cancel out any weirdness from their engines when they are in VCM.

Seeing how Hyundai buys infotainment systems as well as offering Infinity/Harman-Kardon/Lexicon branded sound from Harman(now a part of Samsung), I wouldn't be surprised if the system is looking for the range of sound where shrieks and screams are common at and applying white noise from the front and middle sound stages to at least cancel it out. Kinda like how Bose QuietComforts work(I should say Bose has also offered ANC to Mazda, GM and Nissan).

OK, yes, like I said above, steady frequencies, as in a near-constant spectrum (FFT) can be cancelled quite easily & is routinely done.
You can see how randomly fluctuating noises are difficult to negate, as they are inherently random. Its the randomness that causes trouble in cancellation systems. Steady tones are a piece of cake.

Never owned a Hyundai. It is a nice looking SUV. I too like the V6 engine as standard. It would be a vehicle I would have considered if I was interested in this segment of the market until I read it had an ISG (Stop/Go) system. I'm just assuming that system is the same start/stop system that's becoming much more prevalent. If that is the case case, count me out. Just a personal preference. YMMV.
