That was some of best beef I've made. Didn't think it would be so juicy and tender. All that was left after dinner, and that was gone by bedtime. Just have to pretty much not eat for the next 2 days.
Making the point cut brisket for dinner. A lot bigger than the previous one so the directions say 3-4 hours at 300°F. Will also roast some beets alongside in a separate pan.
