I am finishing my 2nd clean/rinse cycle. I have about 1000mi on the ARX mix and still need to rinse. My engine is probally clean enough, but I want to treat my seals right, then go back to GC, asap. What would be best, more time with the ARX in or more time rinsing and seal-setting? After the 1st application, I rinsed really well, like twice then decided to do another quick second treatment before it got cold. I just want to finish up asap, in like another 2500 miles but don't want to aggravate leaks with synthetic before seals are "set". Should I drain the ARX and get to rinse/seal phase sooner, or let the ARX work longer and do a shorter rinse, like 1000 mi? Thanks for opinions.
How short can rinse cycle be for seal-setting.

I'd run 2nd cleaning phase at least 2,000 miles then a good dino rinse for same or more. I know you want GC back in ASAP but a little wait is worth it IMO. Good luck..s

I have asked this question numerous times on the board because like you, I want to get my GC in asap. Like Sprintman, I have been told by nearly everyone that it is worth it to just wait it out. I wanted to take my rinse out at 1400 miles but I have decided to let it run the full 2000 miles for the rinse. I think might as well leave it in for the full 1500 mile clean and 2k rinse.

This is one of those cases where peer-pressure is a good thing.
I will probally run the clean up to 1500 miles (700 to go) and do a full rinse of 2000 miles with my fancy-boy Rotella T Synth. That is only 2700 miles more or 2700 B.G.C.. I wanted to leave the ARX in for a while longer but won't, not skimping on the rinse cycle is the taken advice. Thanks.
I believe you should run dino for the critical rinse phase?
Terry chimed in and said he recommends RTS for rinse cycle. I have a gallon of and am mixing it thinner with 2qts Drive Clean 5w30. Currently have Drive Clean 5w30 mixed thicker with 1 qt of Mobil 1 15w-50 as cleaning phase oil.
