How often do you wash your vehicle?

It is washed on an as needed basis... year around.

Considering that my garage is set up like a wash bay, with a sloped floor and a floor drain, as well as hot and cold running water... I can wash anytime that I like. Even when it is 10 degrees below zero outside.

Especially in the winter, I like to spray hot water up underneath, and in the wheel wells.

A couple times a year, unless for some reason they get really filthy.

The pickup hasn't been washed since early last summer. My wife washed her Subaru-somewhere around the end of October if I remember correctly. And I washed the Elantra sometime last summer.

My girlfriend thinks I am obsessed.

I do the same early on Saturday morning usually, unless it's raining or bitterly cold that day (not likely, either one). For me it's not so much an extension of myself as it is a matter of pride, and a good way to keep myself liking my car and keep from being tempted by something newer.

(Pride? Well, maybe it is an extension of myself. Never mind.)

In the summer, the Jeep gets washed every 1 - 6 weeks, depending on how dirty it is, etc. In the winter, once the salt starts dropping, it's a minimum of once a week, usually every 3 days or so.

Once a week in the Summer for sure, and I try to do that in the Winter also. It's more like two weeks in the Winter most of the time though.

On a side note, we got red mud rain from line of storms last night. The wind absolutely howled ALL day long, and it's about 40 degrees colder today. My yard and two of my vehicles are a MESS.

Two daily use vehicles every 7-10 days. Alternate daily vehicle every 2 weeks. Cougar and Mustang once a year while F100, Park Lane and Polara every 3-4 weeks.
