How often do you get a massage? I have been twice, both within the past couple months. Thinking about going again later this week. Both times I have got an hour long therapeutic massage. This is a mid to heavy pressure massage that I find both relaxing and relieves a moderate level of tension.

never, cant stand massages. It just hurts.
Twice in my life..however I will be looking into seeing how many are covered by my work insurance.

Just booked one for Thursday! Between my new bed coming in on Wednesday and a massage on Thursday I should feel pretty relaxed
. If you haven't had one I highly recommend finding a massage therapist with excellent reviews in your area and giving it a try.
Just not interested, I don't care for the idea of someone i don't know rubbing me. I'd be more tense than if i didn't have the massage.
Whenever I feel a little hint of back pain or sciatica. Always takes care of it; way better than letting it become a problem.

Usually once a week. Working with labor unions is very tiring and I usually have plenty of knots by the end of the week.
