Blind people don't have/use money ???

ahhh...keep forgetting the drive through aspect...still too foreign.

Although I'm sure that blind people are on the roads.

If the brainless can drive, surely the blind can do better!

Rutger Hauer, driving blind in 'Blind Fury:' "Maybe they will give me my license back!?"

See no evil - hear no evil

"Watch where you're driving!!!

"Okay, if it'll make you feel better."

From a great movie I saw years ago:

Quote:

Policeman: [incredulously] Your friend is blind?
Will Sly: More or less, yeah.
Policeman: Then why the [censored] is he driving?
Will Sly: 'Cause he's the only one who's sober!
[Tom does a backflip over the car]
Will Sly: See?

Seriously, I've wondered about that for many years. I can understand having braille touchpads on ATM machines in various retail shops, but at a drive through ATM?

Also - are some of you people serious that you have never seen a drive through ATM? They are very common around here - no need to park and go inside and stand in line - just drive up get your cash or deposit checks and away you go. Like any other drive through it's all about convenience.

I'm sure it is just a matter of the law specifying all ATM's must be ADA compliant. That way they don't have to bother with coming up with all the exceptions.
