I think it is anything from 1500 to 3000 depends on location and exterior condition. Likely closer to the $2000 or less end due to the "deer damage".

First, If I were selling it myself, a car on a dealer's lot is not worth more than the same car sitting on my property. Someone doesn't like that, they can go buy a car somewhere else, makes no difference to me.
Second, I wouldn't even bother with selling a car that old. Deal with used car buyers for an indeterminate time for a thousand bucks or so? Not a chance. Not worth it. I'd rather slam my hand in a car door on a cold day.
Trade it and let the dealer wholesale it for a few hundred, keep it as a spare beater, or donate it to charity or give it to a family member or some other person that needs a serviceable old car.

I'd address the wheel. Spending $50-100 should pay off here on test drives.
I'd shoot for the moon, starting at $2500 and if folks are not calling, you can re-list it the next week for less.
Unless you need to sell it today, it's easier to ask for more and come down than it is to raise your asking price.
