What's this "marital tension" you speak of?

At least there's no friction going on.

Ah, Grasshopper. You underestimate what a Filet Mignon, a glass of wine and cleaning the bathrooms can accomplish.

From a purely fact based rational evaluation, I agree with you 100%. Of course, you know that. This comment is for the others.

From an emotionally irrational evaluation, it makes me feel like I now have invincible rubber products. That's worth much more to me than it is to the 99.6% of the rest of the human race.

But seriously, I'm keeping records of how this procedure affects the life of my wiper blades.

I just tried it on my wipers a few months ago and it works awesome. I clean them off first then wipe the 303 on with a rag or Toilet Paper and let it sit for a few hours then wipe off with T. P. .....it made my 2 year old wipers work like new again.

Well you've said quite a few silly things in this thread, however, what you have said above is the most insightful thing I've heard in quite some time.

Do what you like with the belts. Bore us with more information about this. It's more interesting than some rubber.

I'm afraid ...± not. The only thing I have ever been banned from was a Baptist church about 25 years ago. But that's a long story that I won't bore you with.

You do make an interesting point. I would venture to say the general public thinks most anyone on this forum is a little weird.

We argue over engine oils and OCIs. Really?

I suggest finding an alternative to storing the 303 between bathings. clearly a plastic bag is not suitable.
I don't soak my belts. I did see the youtube video on it - but I was not converted.
I, too, would like to know more about the Baptist church....

I can't discuss my "dismissal" from church without getting into religion and breaking the forum rules. Lord knows I would hate to get banned from bitog.

My world would be crushed without you guys.

303 UV Protectant brightens surfaces and keeps them looking newer, longer. This formula provides superior UV protection for any rubber, finished leather, plastic, vinyl, eisenglass, PVC, gel coat & fiberglass surfaces. Not for use on unfinished leathers (such as suede), fabrics (canvas) or floorings.
303 UV Protectant not only protects against fading, discoloration and cracking from harmful UV rays, but repels dust and stains too helping to extend your cleaning.
Rinse-free formula leaves a non-greasy, dry matte finish with no odor and is non toxic and water based. 100% free of grease-producing silicone oils and petroleum distillates.

Made in the USA!

Weather stripping around doors, windows, sliding doors, garage doors, etc.

I can see it for those thing and possibly even wiper blades, no doubt a good product but I too am more interested in this Baptist Church business. LOL

I will make one extremely important clarification about the "church" thing. I deserved what I got.

I have since gone back, confessed my sin to the Pastors and Deacon Board and asked for forgiveness. I was (and some of may think still am) an ignorant idiot.

Too much pea and vinegar. Just thinking about it reminds me of how frail, weak and self righteous I can be.

FWIW I'm still running the OEM serpentine belt and I'm around 184k miles now. I inspect it and give it a quick tension check when I check the oil. The darn thing looks almost new. No cracking, channels are good. Materials science is amazing
