6799 will change it this weekend i keep the oil for between 6000-7000 miles using oil from the drums at the shop which is conoco phillips motorcraft 820 filter ford 4.6 2009

wow you change your oil at 3000 miles thats a waste and it may be bad for your engine due to dry starts from the empty filter
