What does the manual say for OCI ? I wouldn't go past that as if i remember correctly the 4.7 had some sludging issues in the past. But if it's made it to 190000 miles you probably don't have to worry about that .
How long does PYB clean?

Maxlife is Valvolines highest detergent oil, the detergent/dispersant add pack is around 2600 ppm. By contrast PYB's is about 2,400 which is still the highest of any straight conventional that I'm aware of.
