My wifes 2004 Infinity G35X sedan now has 165,000 miles on it without any issues. I use what ever synthetic that is on sale and a pureone or other premium filter that is coupled to that sale. Believe it or not the only oil that it did not consume was kendall. I change it every 7500 miles and it did not use hardly any of the kendall. All other oils it will consume just over a quart in 7500 miles.
