I wish I hadn't read that, I really do. But denial won't help now. Maybe you should keep a rasp in the shower for those really tough cleaning jobs.

scotchbrite is an aweome idea...might suggest it to my sister, who spends a fortune on "brand-name" exfoliant materials (I suggested a wire brush once...not taken very well).

Question Al, do you use a Earth leakage device on the angle grinder, or do you use the scotchbrite disks after you get out ?

Yeah, the Scotchbrite made me laugh too... I may have to give it a try (seriously).

I just use whatever soap the wife buys. I'll have to ask her to avoid the anti-bacterial stuff (altho I don't remember seeing any in the house). That stuff gets over used, kill the bugs when they're bad, otherwise leave 'em alone, that's what I say.

Dandruff shampoo once a week, that seems to keep things in check, without over-doing it.

I'd recommend a pneumatic grinder, much safer.

Just run a compressed air line into the bathroom.

usually after i been wrenchin i am all dirty and filthy. i go in the shower and wash me body off with citrus hand cleaner and a scotch bright green scrubby pad. if i am real super messy aftera day of wrenchin ill strip down naked in the backyard and pre-shower with diesel.

diesel cuts out the grease and grit like nothin i ever seen before.

i ususlly finish up the washin with some form of soap, whatever happens to be in the shower at the time. im not a picky guy when it comes to soap. i figures that all soaps are the same anyways, they just smell different.
