How do you pronounce Valvoline?

Love the old Mopar copcars, too, but the engine being hoisted at 0:17 looks like a Ford to me. Kinda hard to tell, but its NOT a Mopar because it has even-spaced exhaust ports and sparkplugs.

Not a Ford, none have passenger side fuel pump and are front sump prior to '80s... BB Chev, maybe...

Looks like an Olds. Definitely isn't a Ford, no front-mount distributor and it has siamesed exhaust ports. And the commercial is too new for it to be a Y-block.
 
A similar brand name was Chevron's Techroline, which was used before they started using the Techron brand name. The way I heard it pronounced in commercials was TECH-ROW-LEEN.
