6) Would you live in an HOA? Why or why not?
Answer is yes I am considering it in the next few years as we want to downsize most likely to a condo or gated community. I am done with wanting to do any sort of exterior maintenance; mowing, mulching, fertilizing, power washing, etc. There are more important or desirable things I want to spend time on.
