All I need is NBC, FOX, WNJT (NJN), and PBS... And CBS and ABC if possible...

They do come in wih rabbit ears, Id just love for them to come in better.

Do you have an unobstructed view of the transmission antennae? No buildings, trees, hills, etc., in the way? Are you open to installing a rotor? The last three, and specifically the last one will be tough to get a good picture without a directional antenna (rotor).

One quick comment. Your digital channels all are on UHF, with none on VHF. Antennas which receive only UHF are a lot smaller, and cheaper, than VHF+UHF antennas. If you can live without receiving some or all of the analog VHF channels, that's a big plus. The UHF antenna will likely still pick up well enough on a strong VHF channel.

The small indoor amplified antennas are usually not very good. The amplifier is working with a weak signal at its input, and the noise gets amplified along with the signal. Sometimes an amplifier is beneficial, for example, splitting the antenna signal to more than one receiver.

Keith is right, a good UHF antenna will pick up the higher VHF channels reasonably well. Like from around Channel 7 and up. Your main problem is that most of your stations are in the same general direction, which is good because you could pick them up great with a small directional antenna, but then there a couple of channels that are way off in other directions. You can get a multi-directional antenna, but then they are bigger. So if you want a smaller antenna, you might need a rotor. It's a compromise depending on what channels you feel you 'need' to get good signals on for sure.
