I've been snorting a pinch of cayenne a couple of times a day for the last week to clear sinuses...it works

But that's nothing compared to this sauce, which is positively painful, but unfortunately tastes pretty good.

Too hot for sure, but the flavours are pretty good.

There is insane and down right insane. This is the latter.
I am from La.,born and raised near/on the swamp and bayou. We like our food here spicey.A lot of the world mistakes our way of seasoning as hot. It's spicey. As I stated before, when I want hot I use Crystal Hot Sauce Extra Hot.When I want great hot sauce taste I just use regular old Crystal.
If you like fried fish (catfish) take a bottle of Crystal hot sauce and marinade the fish in a covered bowl in the fridge for 2 days.Batter it up (Zatarains)as usual and fry.The flavor is unbelievable!

The hottest (commercially available) sauce I ever had was Blair's "After Death" sauce. Puts Dave's Insanity Sauce to shame. Left the bottle at work, and one of the guys who claimed to be able to handle any hot sauce poured a stripe of it on his hot dog. He just about went into shock!

That being said, it's still not as hot as the Ghost pepper salsa made at the little Mexican joint up the road from me. That stuff is just asinine. A tiny little bit on the tip of a steak knife ruined my burrito.

+ 1 on the Lousiana brand hot sauce. Always several different sauces on the table at local cajun joint and I always go back to the Louisiana. Some are better on different foods of course like Cholula and Tapatio, but all-purpose Louisiana does well on most everything.
