Greetings,
Its time to change the cabin air filter on my Pilot (2003). Where is it located? Any suggestions on changing it?
Thanks,
EBC

From the service manual:

1. remove the glove box.

2. cut the plastic cross-brace in the glove box opening with diagonal cutters and discard it.

3. remove the bolts, screws, and glove box frame.

4. remove the filter lid from the evaporator and pull the filter out. Pay attention to the directional arrows on the filter.

Installation is the reverse order.

So I have to "undiscard" the cross brace and "uncut" it with diagonal cutters?

Sounds like the cabin air filter was a bit of an afterthought on this car!

Try changing one out on a 6th generation Accord. Luckily we don't have to cut anything, just be dog gone sure you don't screw up the plastic pop out rivets on some of the dash paneling.

Thanks for the directions. It has been replaced at the dealer a couple of times so the plastic brace should have been removed.
Thanks,
