Honda Odyssey Tire Recommendation

Anything to say regarding your niece's driving habits?
Ex: If she's a perennial curb scraper you might need some super strong tire.
Ex: Long distance driver might want a "high miler" tire. I drove a van with a plain, zig-zag tread (the model was "high miler") and they wore well.

Continental Trucontacts are Good if you need a little Winter Snow Traction. Michelin DefenderT+H should be quiet as well. In my experience, the Michelins might start surface cracking Sooner than the Continentals in your hot climate. It’s not likely you will see 80000 miles on either tire.

My niece's 2015 Odyssey EX-L needs rubber. She's in Arlington, TX.
Costco has a sale on various Michelin and BFG.
I was thinking about the Michelin Primacy MXV4 which would be $788 all in, with discount.

Any suggestions?
And you Texans, can you suggest a good shop for tires and alignment? @4WD - your thoughts?
The van has 114K so an alignment is probably in order.

Thanks for your guidance!
You selected the best tire in the Primacy. I use DT. Lotsa DT stores in DFW if she has a tire problem. 02
