oooooooo i never thought that libraries would have mitchel on demand.

that's great.

i'm sure my local one won't though. since they are terrible.

Berge, you might also try internet forums specific to your model. I've found the ones I needed on acura-cl.com and acura-tl.com for example. It may take digging through a lot of childish speculation and mudslinging, but some clever searching might reward you.

the libraries around here definitely do not have mitchell on demand.
the model specific forums I look at, but they only have some tsb's, not all.

rebootmycar-those tsb's are great, thanks. unfortunately, they don't go back long enough for my cars.
thanks anyways.

berge, I understand about the dealer's indignant response to TSB info. When I cited a TSB # to them they treated it as if I had unearthed one of their trade secrets. "Where did you get that" I believe was the response. Their attitude is shyte.

My experience was the opposite: Once the service writer realized they couldn't take advantage of me, I got treated much better. When I showed him the TSB, his attitude transformed. It was literally a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde scenario.

When I showed the service writer the TSB and where the noise was coming from, he seemed to be somewhat glad that I'd done all of their diagnostic work for them.

I've given up on honda/acura dealers in toronto. they've gotten fat and lazy, very similar to the toyota dealers.
I won't even buy parts from them anymore, get it from the states and it's cheaper even with duties/shipping/taxes.
