I want to make a batch of this based on a receipe we have had for a very long time. I cannot get into details but it is time sensitive this gets made / blended very soon, and I would like the recipients that will receive this batch to be able to enjoy it on Christmas Day as a last memory.

While I personally will not be making this batch, I can assist. How can I make this product last till then being that there will be spices, and things added that could cause spoilage?
 
There is enough alcohol in there that capping it off in bottle it would be fine for at least a year. Heck maybe some secondary fermentation might occur.
